Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Ericsson mobile networks.
Hands-on Ericsson 4G LTE and 5G equipment experience.
Experience with BTS and RAN technologies; deployment know-how.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission Ericsson 4G/5G equipment.
Perform site integration and end-to-end network tasks.
Support BTS installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance.
Troubleshoot faults and perform root-cause analysis.
Monitor and optimize radio network performance.
Prepare technical reports and deployment records.
Collaborate with PMs, RF teams, and operations for delivery.
