Job Description

1. To conduct training sessions via classroom and field for new and existing port employees on specific equipment, based on departmental recommendations.
2. To train company employees in the safe and efficient use of port & crane equipment, following structured training materials and standards.
3. To perform pre-assessments for new, existing, and third-party employees to determine their training needs, and submit results for review and approval.
4. To educate trainees on potential causes of accidents, damages, and safety hazards, ensuring adherence to proper operating procedures to prevent incidents.
5. To monitor trainee performance, conduct formative assessments regularly, and report progress to the Lead Trainer.
6. To recommend trainees for final assessments upon training completion, in coordination with the Traffic Officer.
7. To update trainees on new operational procedures and systems as required by the department.
