We are currently recruiting an Equipment Sales Manager for the Middle East, covering 13 countries. Based in Dubai, you will be part of the Middle East team focusing on our equipment portfolio. This role is 75% field-based, covering hospitals and private IVF clinics in the region. You will join a growing and developing business from the outset.

As an Equipment Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to meet customers and drive sales growth through channel partners and end-users in your respective countries. You should have extensive experience in capital equipment sales and managing channel partner networks. You will serve as the commercial lead for equipment sales, working closely with Regional Sales Managers and engaging with both channel partners and end-users to increase revenue, enhance service offerings, and support CooperSurgical's long-term growth in the region.
You should have a keen eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, positive, energetic, results-oriented, and a team player. A proactive attitude and willingness to share skills and knowledge are essential.
