RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an
Equipment Sales Manager for the Middle East, covering 13 countries. You will be part of the Middle East team focusing on our equipment portfolio. This role reports to the General Manager - ME. The position is 75% field-based, covering hospitals and private IVF clinics in the region. The role is based in Dubai.

Position
As an Equipment Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include meeting customers and driving sales growth through channel partners and end-users in the respective countries. You should have extensive experience in capital equipment sales and managing channel partner networks. You will act as the commercial lead for equipment sales, collaborating closely with RSMs and engaging with both channel partners and end-users to increase revenue, improve service offerings, and support CooperSurgical's growth in the region.
You should possess a keen eye for business opportunities and the ability to implement effective market strategies. The role requires a self-motivated, driven, and positive individual who enjoys achieving results and working collaboratively. You will support your colleagues, sharing skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage the Channel Partners network
- Grow sales by understanding market dynamics and customer needs, acting on opportunities via Channel Partners
- Promote CSI products through effective communication and sales strategies
- Engage relevant stakeholders and facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational background in biomedical engineering, business administration, or IT.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in medical equipment.
Experience managing channel partners in multinational settings.
Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsive, curious, and proactive attitude.
Ability to foster team collaboration and spirit.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
