1. Managing regional warehouses and overseeing the full lifecycle of equipment inventory, including forecasting, storage, and distribution.
管理地区仓库,全面负责装备库存的生命周期,包括预测、存储和发放。
2. Establishing and optimizing inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
建立并优化库存控制流程,确保库存数据准确、补货及时。
3. Designing and executing equipment issuance strategies to ensure all riders are properly equipped at the right time.
制定并执行装备发放策略,确保所有骑手都能在合适时间配备所需装备。
4. Ensuring equipment quality and brand alignment through standardized procurement, inspection, and distribution processes.
通过标准化的采购、检验和发放流程,确保装备质量和品牌一致性。
5. Working with city operations teams to forecast demand and coordinate local equipment distribution.
与城市运营团队协作,预测装备需求并协调本地装备发放。
6. Managing equipment-related budgets, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
管理装备相关预算、成本控制及供应商关系。
7. Maintaining records and reports on inventory levels, equipment loss/damage, and distribution metrics.
维护库存水平、装备遗失/损坏和发放数据等相关记录与报告。
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or logistics inventory management.
本科及以上学历,3年以上仓库管理、供应链或物流库存管理相关经验。
2. Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and process discipline.
具备优秀的组织和执行能力,注重细节,流程意识强。
3. Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
熟悉仓库管理系统(WMS)及库存控制工具。
4. Ability to manage multi-site operations and coordinate with cross-regional teams.
能够管理多地运营并与跨区域团队高效协作。
5. Fluent English is required.
