Job Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver large-scale international equestrian events that attract top riders, sponsors, and global audiences.
• Build and manage strong relationships with leading riders, teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders in the equestrian world.
• Develop and execute strategies to position the venue as a must-attend stop in the global equestrian calendar.
• Drive commercial partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to ensure the long-term success and growth of events.
• Collaborate with international equestrian associations and governing bodies to align events with global standards.
• Oversee event operations including planning, logistics, and execution to deliver a seamless world-class experience.
• Work closely with internal teams and leadership to integrate events within the broader vision of a lifestyle and sporting destination.

The Successful Applicant:

• Proven track record of creating and delivering large-scale international equestrian events at the highest level.
• Strong network of top riders, teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders within the global equestrian community.
• Commercially driven with the ability to secure sponsorships and partnerships to support major events.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to position events on the global stage and align with international calendars.
• Operationally hands-on and experienced in managing complex event logistics and execution.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence high-profile partners and stakeholders.
• Passionate about equestrian sports with a deep understanding of the industry and a strong vision for its growth; must be willing to relocate to UAE.
