    • Monitor and track partner performance against SLAs.
    • Log and follow up on escalations, delays, and service concerns.
    • Maintain trackers, feedback logs, and contract documentation for active partners.
  2. Partner Setup & Expansion Support
    • Assist in onboarding new payroll or EOR partners, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and EOR operations teams.
    • Support new country launches by gathering partner info, conducting due diligence, and preparing project timelines.
    • Ensure operational readiness for new setups.
  3. Market Research & Pricing Support
    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners.
    • Assist in cost analysis and partner selection processes.
    • Support pricing negotiations with preparation of background materials and benchmarks.
  4. Internal Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work with internal teams to support partner integrations and updates.
    • Maintain current documentation on contacts, SLAs, pricing, and workflows.
    • Contribute to resource libraries like country guides and onboarding templates.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in partner coordination, payroll operations, HR operations, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of global payroll practices and EOR models.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
