Job summary

A global urban and infrastructure consultancy in Dubai seeks a Program Controller responsible for project planning and performance reporting. Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years in project controls, particularly in metro or rail projects, and expertise in Primavera P6. Strong GCC experience is required, and preference is given to those familiar with RTA procedures. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to a major metro consultancy project.

Qualifications

• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and S-curves for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support cost loading, earned value analysis, and resource planning.
• Liaise with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to align timelines and deliverables.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The Program Controller will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and performance reporting across all workstreams. This role ensures alignment between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, enabling timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose recovery strategies
• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and S-curves for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in project controls/scheduling for metro, rail, or infrastructure projects
• Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project controls tools
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and integrated project delivery
• Prior UAE or GCC experience preferred; familiarity with RTA procedures is an advantage
