A leading company in the certification sector is seeking a Client Coordinator in Dubai. The role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operational execution. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Chemistry, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Handle client inquiries, phone calls, and all related correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with clients for scheduling sample collection and delivery of sampling bottles.
Liaise with the laboratory and field staff to arrange site visits and ensure smooth operational execution.
Coordinate with the travel coordinator to manage flight and hotel arrangements for the team.
Register samples accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Apply for gate passes and permits required for site access.
Raise purchase orders (POs) for materials, consumables, and subcontracted services.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Create job entries in the BOSS system and prepare corresponding invoices.
