Job summary

ACC Group seeks an Environmental Engineer to implement and maintain the environmental management system for the Hail & Ghasha Project in the UAE. You will ensure regulatory compliance with ADNOC CoP, UAE regulations, and project EMPs, while overseeing waste management, monitoring plans, and incident investigations.

The role requires 7–15 years in oil & gas environmental engineering, including ADNOC project exposure, and involves working on onshore/offshore sites with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ADNOC HSE-related certifications (advantage) such as H2S/BA, Environmental Awareness.
• Lead Auditor – ISO 14001 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Environmental Regulations, COPs and UAE laws.
• Implement EMP, Waste Management Plan, Spill Response Plan, Air & Noise Monitoring Plans, Biodiversity Plans.
• Verify contractors’ compliance with ADNOC environmental requirements.
• Manage waste segregation, waste logs, waste disposal with approved vendors.
• Monitor emissions, flaring, GHG and pollution sources.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly environmental reports and maintain KPIs.
• Lead site environmental inspections and corrective actions; conduct RCA and audits.
