Job summary

This role involves utilizing expertise in Finacle's Core Banking product, particularly the Payments Module, and requires strong technical, functional, and soft skills. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product support and management.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Product experience in Finacle - Core Banking product (Infosys) – Payments Module
• Experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements
• Need to have experience of direct interaction with Client

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture
• Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions)
• Experience in Cloud Computing and Containerization
• Experience in Environment maintenance & support
• Experience in DB refresh
• Experience in Housekeeping, Service Maintenance & Monitoring
• Experience in OpenShift
• Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Command Line
• Experience in Application Production support
• Hands-on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application-related problems, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related to Application
• Experience ensuring accurate and SLA-compliant issue resolution
