Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Role Summary:

The HSE Manager Onshore Operations provides strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure health, safety, environmental compliance, and risk management across onshore facilities and projects. The role oversees a team of HSE professionals, supports engineering and project execution, and ensures continuous improvement in HSE performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Senior and Specialist HSE professionals.
• Provide HSE support to onshore operations and engineering/project teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company HSE standards.
• Lead incident investigations and promote a culture of risk awareness.
• Support emergency preparedness and crisis management programs.
• Oversee environmental reporting, contractor HSE evaluations, and system audits (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301).
• Manage NORM disposal and support decommissioning activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering or related HSE discipline; NEBOSH certification required.
• 15+ years of experience in HSE roles within Oil & Gas or other high-risk industries.
• Proven leadership in HSE systems implementation, audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• UAE Driver's License required; physically fit for hot and offshore environments.
