AimGulf in Dubai is seeking an Associate Engineer – IT to support day-to-day IT operations, ensure stable and secure systems, and assist end users with technical issues. The role emphasizes hands-on learning and collaboration with senior engineers.

The ideal candidate has 0-1 years of IT support experience, basic cloud/virtualization knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Arabic language skills are a plus. Full-time position in UAE.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
0-1 years of IT support experience or related role.
Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

Responsabilidades

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Assist with network setup, basic configurations, and connectivity issues.
Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory tasks.
Monitor data security compliance and best practices.
Log, track, and update support tickets using the ticketing system.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement ITIL-based processes.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical information effectively to end users.
