Qualifications

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
