Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in bakery or food service is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of flours, ingredients and baking techniques is preferred.
• Must be able to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings.
• Bake items in correct oven temperatures and times.
• Monitor products while baking and adjust as needed.
• Decorate baked goods according to instructions or creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
