Entertainment Technical Director – Audio Visual

We are seeking an accomplished Entertainment Technical Director (AV) to lead the strategic and operational management of all technical entertainment infrastructure at Wynn Al Marjan Island. This role oversees the theater, performance lake, special event venues, nightclubs, day clubs, and the convention center, including AV systems for guest rooms, GRMS, background music, and visual effects. The ideal candidate combines leadership and technical expertise to deliver world-class audio-visual experiences and high-impact event setups across the property.
