Entertainment Senior Director

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for immersive live experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Entertainment, Creative & Production to shape the future of entertainment across our world-class destinations.

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the creative direction, production, and delivery of marquee events, seasonal celebrations, in-house entertainment, and large-scale shows across our portfolio. From concept to execution, you'll ensure our experiences captivate and inspire every customer, every time. The Entertainment Director will lead creative and production strategy across our portfolio and use their past live entertainment experience in both creating and maintaining show content as well as sourcing, securing, and developing talent for both ongoing entertainment venues as well as special events.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of event and show strategies across different properties.
• Direct creative planning, talent acquisition, production timelines, and execution.
• Manage a large-scale entertainment budget, including Opex, Capex, and payroll.
• Build strong relationships with global creative agencies, vendors, and talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and procurement to bring ideas to life.
• Champion excellence in performance, stage management, and production standards.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing entertainment team.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of leadership in live events, entertainment production, or theme parks.
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact shows and immersive guest experiences.
• Strong creative vision paired with budgetary and operational expertise.
• Hands-on experience with show production, casting, stage management, and vendor oversight.
• A collaborative spirit and passion for storytelling through entertainment.
• Bachelor's degree in the arts, technical theatre, or related field (preferred).
