Qualifications

• 4-6 ans d'expérience dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique.
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que superviseur/manager dans l'industrie du divertissement.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit).

JOB TITLE
Entertainment Associate Manager | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas

ROLE SUMMARY
The Entertainment Associate Manager supports site operations while ensuring that key objectives and procedures are being administered. This role will ensure operational direction while ensuring an optimal customer experience while supporting budget and revenue targets.

ROLE PROFILE

• Supports with managing team members and ensuring optimal delivery of customer experience.
• Supports budget management and revenue optimizing.
• Supports the site performance through strategic development initiatives.
• Ensures optimal operational standards for third party contractors and staff.
• Ensures high quality of operational standards and consistency across concept(s) while ensuring that all team members are adhering to operational and safety requirements.
• Monitors the facility and equipment through audits, asset registers and periodic services.
• Communicates current and new operational procedures to team members to ensure compliance to local laws and the safety and security of customers and employees.
• Carries out the daily walk through to identify faults, breakdowns and equipment deficiencies for the facility and reports any issues to the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Certification in any discipline and/or relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in a fast-pace operational environment with at least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor/manager in the entertainment industry.
• Strong organization, management, and leadership skills to lead a positive environment.
• Good understanding of English Language (oral & written).
• Demonstrates strong communication (oral & written) skills.
