Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, strategy execution, transformation, PMO, management consulting, or corporate planning.
• Proven experience developing and implementing strategic plans and performance frameworks.
• Strong experience in strategy execution, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine corporate and departmental strategies.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops with senior leadership.
