Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for building healthcare solutions and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and hospital management at a senior level. This person will identify business opportunities and incubate market-making projects across the region, bringing strong commercial and operational understanding from a clinical setting to develop healthcare solutions tailored to each client's strategic needs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Refine, create, and implement strategies to position our healthcare Enterprise Solutions offerings and maximize client value.
  • Stay current on core technologies, industry trends, products, and vendors, and survey the market for insights, partnerships, and methods to achieve outcomes.
  • Design and implement strategic offerings, developing repeatable solutions leveraging the full Enterprise Solutions portfolio.
  • Provide business expertise to deliver executive messaging and insights on outcomes achievement.
  • Support marketing efforts with material development and positioning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the company to leverage expertise.

Business Development and Pre-Sales

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to create, present, and plan delivery for solutions, ensuring organizational alignment and repeatability.
  • Work with solutions architects and product teams to translate outcomes into customer-specific roadmaps for the EAGM markets (Middle East, Turkey, Russia, CIS, Africa).
  • Participate in the full presales process, from gathering information to delivering presentations and demonstrations focused on customer outcomes.
  • Understand client needs deeply to customize outcome-based solutions.
  • Lead solution discovery sessions, support assessments, and connect outputs to build client solutions.
  • Gather requirements and architect solutions to meet them.
  • Provide time and resource estimates.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market and customer insights into strategic solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, demonstrate strategic agility, and be outcome-driven.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with decision-making based on market and customer trends.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across markets and organizations.
  • Management experience in clinical, consulting, or OEM settings.
  • Deep healthcare knowledge, understanding challenges from an executive perspective.
  • Experience leading complex projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Executive presence and ability to work with stakeholders like hospital executives and healthcare authorities.
  • Self-starter, proactive, able to take initiative.
  • Understanding of financial and legal issues in healthcare.
  • Based in the Middle East, with optional Arabic proficiency and willingness to travel.
