Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling high-value products or services to large-scale corporate clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Operating in the UAE's dynamic and diverse business environment, the representative must understand client needs, tailor solutions accordingly, and ensure alignment with regulatory and commercial standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prospecting new enterprise-level clients across key industry sectors to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Developing customized proposals and solutions that address client business challenges and align with organizational goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales, product, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline analyses for senior management.
  • Representing the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and UAE-specific commercial practices and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise or solution-based selling within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis for sales reporting.
  • Deep understanding of UAE corporate culture, commercial practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
