We’re not your typical legaltech company — and we don’t want typical people.
Quoqo is reimagining how enterprises, fast-growth companies, and regulated sectors across the GCC and beyond manage contracts, compliance, and digital workflows. Our suite — featuring Fusion, DealFast, SignPilot, and more — is trusted across borders and industries. We’re seeking an enterprise sales professional in Dubai who thrives in ambiguity, relishes challenges, and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, law, and business.
The Mission
You’ll be the bridge between Quoqo and our largest customers across the UAE and GCC. Your task : win and grow multi-year, high-value deals, shape tailored solutions, and ensure our clients stay with us for the long term.
What You’ll Do (A Day in Your Life)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle : From pipeline generation to close, across central UAE and GCC accounts (BFSI, conglomerates, family offices, public sector, anyone who needs us).
- New business & expansion : Hunt for new clients, farm existing relationships, and spot regional expansion opportunities.
- Tailored solutions : Deep-dive into complex enterprise requirements; collaborate with pre-sales, product, and tech to deliver market-relevant solutions.
- Local market knowledge : Stay on top of GCC regulatory, data privacy, and procurement trends—make Quoqo the go-to partner for compliance-driven clients.
- Customer voice : Translate enterprise wishlists into actionable feedback for our product and tech teams.
- Long-cycle mastery : Navigate lengthy sales cycles (12–24 months), balancing patience, persistence, and creative engagement.
- Regional travel : Meet clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider GCC. (You might get offered Arabic coffee or tough negotiation—sometimes both.)
- Brand ambassador : Uphold and evangelise Quoqo’s brand — always consultative, trusted, and a step ahead.
- Have 6–8 years of experience in enterprise sales for fintech, SaaS, legaltech, or similar industries, preferably with experience in the UAE / GCC market for B2B sales.
- Know how to build credibility with the region's CXOs, GCs, CIOs, procurement heads, and government stakeholders.
- Are equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and relationship-builder—but you also know how to close deals.
- Have navigated long, complex sales cycles (12–24 months) without losing sight of targets.
- Are at home with regional travel and thrive in cross-cultural, multilingual settings.
- Have a strong understanding of regulatory, data privacy, and procurement standards relevant to the GCC market.
- Can communicate, negotiate effectively, and make enterprise buyers enjoy the sales process—even in high-stakes settings.
- Love working hands-on with founders and are comfortable joining early-stage calls, pre-sales meetings, and late-night pitches.
KPIs (Typical, But We’ll Co-Create)
- New business pipeline
- Closed deals : [Number or value per year / quarter]
- Regional solution feedback : Number / quality of actionable insights from GCC clients passed to product / tech
