About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of outbound sales efforts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, driving revenue growth by targeting companies for their relocation needs, business events, and corporate accommodation requirements.

This role requires a strong hunter mentality, the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, and the confidence to work independently while representing the brand in front of senior corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Lead Generation - Proactively identify and approach companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for relocation housing, business events, and long/short-term corporate stays. Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management - Handle the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers aligned to client needs.
  • Client Engagement - Meet clients regularly in person across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, presenting solutions and building strong relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, ensuring a professional and consultative sales approach.
  • Reporting & CRM - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent), tracking all sales activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions. Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the Senior Enterprise Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the hospitality, real estate, corporate housing or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and independently manage opportunities across multiple markets.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Solid experience with CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car, with availability to regularly meet clients in person.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
