Job description

Position Overview

You will report to the Regional VP, Sales, and be based in Dubai. Your success will depend on your ability to take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipelines, create and execute account strategies, and close enterprise-level deals for new, expansion, and renewal bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct on-site and remote customer meetings, including presentations and demos with marketing-qualified leads.
  2. Attend tradeshows and events to generate leads.
  3. Perform standard and custom product demos, addressing technical questions.
  4. Engage with client technical teams to present product architecture, discuss solutions, and address objections.
  5. Collaborate with sales engineers on Proof of Concept exercises, demonstrating automation solutions live at client sites.
  6. Lead RFX responses, coordinating with relevant teams.
  7. Coordinate with technical support, engineering, and services to align solutions with client needs.
  8. Work with management to ensure product success and contribute to future roadmap planning.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A bachelor's degree with relevant work experience; a master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of full sales cycle experience in the software industry, including 1+ years in Robotic Process Automation or related fields.
  • 3+ years of enterprise account experience in healthcare payer or provider sectors.
  • Experience as a sales engineer or in services is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% when safe to do so.
Key Competencies
  • Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and business process management.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • High energy and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working with channel partners like Big 4 advisories and system integrators is a plus.
  • Proficiency with software applications, including Salesforce.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager will own revenue targets, develop opportunities, manage pipelines, and close deals.
