A corporate training provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Enterprise Manager to oversee the delivery of corporate training projects. You will manage project execution, foster relationships with clients, and lead a small team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and leadership skills, with a preference for proficiency in Arabic. This role is fully in-person, working from the office Monday to Friday.

Overview

As an Enterprise Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of corporate training projects, ensuring smooth execution while driving business growth. You will oversee project management, foster strong client relationships, and lead a small team to execute high-impact training initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in business development by expanding project scope or securing additional engagements with existing clients.

This role is based out of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and is fully in-person (5 days a week work from office - Monday to Friday).

Key responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate training projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes, and coordinated work across stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify and close opportunities for expanding engagement with clients by proposing additional training solutions or increasing project scope.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 1-5 professionals on the ground, ensuring alignment with project goals and efficient execution.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement structured processes and best practices to optimize project workflows, track performance, and continuously improve training delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or a structured corporate environment.
  • Client Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in corporate settings.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing small teams and driving project success.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
