Job description

Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented self-directed field marketing expert to lead our Greenfield Enterprise segment marketing in MENAT. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.

As the Greenfield Enterprise segment marketing lead in MENAT, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Enterprise Greenfield customer audience and their needs, developing a scalable marketing strategy to address them. This audience includes local and global enterprises, encompassing both technical and business decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include understanding our business strategy, understanding customer needs, building a targeting framework, defining the value proposition, program planning, campaign/messaging development, and coordinating with our MENAT field marketing teams to deliver results.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute regional enterprise greenfield field marketing programs and activities that drive awareness, education, customer adoption, and pipeline acceleration.
  2. Leverage global marketing resources to meet sales requirements, and find ways to innovate and simplify to address sales needs without large budgets.
  3. Act as the marketing contact with the sales team and leaders, including participating in sales calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions.
  4. Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with Presales, Demand Generation, and Solution Architects teams to support their goals, working alongside other marketing leaders and peers to increase engagement and drive program support.
  5. Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with field marketing stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and campaign performance.
  6. Deliver detailed campaign updates via regular and ad hoc business reviews, highlighting key metrics and KPIs reflecting performance.

The AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue and growth across small, midmarket, and enterprise-level accounts, including the public sector.

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience designing joint marketing plans with global strategic partners.
  • Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
