Job summary

La Fosse in Abu Dhabi is seeking a founding engineer to work at the forefront of Enterprise AI, partnering with a global technology leader delivering AI, cloud and digital transformation solutions. You will join an elite AI team crafting next-generation Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers in the Middle East.

You’ll design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, collaborating with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve real business problems using the latest LLMs

Qualifications

Background in Software Engineering & Applied AI development.
Customer-facing consulting experience & come from client-facing role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable translating business challenges into technical AI solutions
Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions
Work directly with strategic enterprise customers
Build AI applications, LLM workflows and Agentic AI systems
Prototype innovative AI solutions from concept through production
Collaborate with Sales, Product and AI specialists on high-impact engagements
Help shape the future of enterprise AI adoption
