Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Chapter Lead to ensure people excellence across the chapter, balancing leadership, capability development, and governance. You will partner with CPMO Delivery Teams (Tech/Non-Tech) and Business to enable on-time, budget-compliant delivery of programs and projects.

You will lead, coach, and develop team members, drive capability maturity, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with strong communication, risk management, and governance oversight.

Qualifications

• University degree in technology, management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the relevant capability domain.
• Proven experience leading specialist teams.
