Overview

Arcus Search has partnered with a leading consultancy in Dubai, who are looking for an Enterprise Architect to manage lead and governance on their Mergers & Acquisitions roadmap.

Location: Abu Dhabi or Dubai office.

The role

You will lead technology integration and governance initiatives across mergers and acquisitions. This role will assess and design target-state architectures, ensuring seamless integration of systems, data, and processes during M&A activities.

The successful candidate will also establish and oversee AI adoption and governance, aligning AI initiatives with business strategy. Working closely with executive leadership, the Enterprise Architect will provide clear architectural direction, manage technology risks, and ensure scalability.

Experience and qualifications

• 3+ years within M&A
• Experience spanning multiple architectural domains, including data, application portfolios, infrastructure, and solution delivery
• Working knowledge of EA best practices & frameworks including ITIL, PMBOK and COBIT
• An ability to gain influence within a complex ecosystem
