Enterprise Architect - Banking (m/f/d)

A leading organization specializing in innovative financial solutions is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to oversee technology and architecture transformation across various domains.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee technology and architecture transformation mainly in domains like Payment, CRM, Core Banking, Islamic Banking, and Digital channels.
2. Work as part of the Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the Head of EA (Chief Architect).
3. Review and prioritize projects based on business and IT needs for the upcoming quarter.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
5. Facilitate regular demos and retrospectives to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Strong soft skills, banking knowledge, and a solid technical foundation.
• Experience with core banking systems, EA tools (Mega, LeanIx), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Ideally certified in TOGAF and cloud architecture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive solutions and manage complex projects.
