Job summary

A leading supplies company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to support governance and drive architecture practices. The ideal candidate should be TOGAF certified with 10–12 years of experience, strong in stakeholder management, and preferably have exposure to healthcare or education sectors. You will be responsible for supporting demand feasibility discussions, developing EA practices, and managing the Architecture Governance Board.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the EA domain.
• Experience in healthcare or education sector preferred.
• UAE exposure is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our client’s team in Dubai . This is a senior role that will directly support the EA Lead and solution architects, driving enterprise-wide architecture practices and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EA team in demand feasibility discussions and recommend optimal architecture solutions.
• Develop and enhance EA practices, policies, and standards (mobile, web, low-code platforms, integration best practices, etc.).
• Conduct EA quality reviews across programs/projects to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies in a sustainable manner.
• Manage and run the Architecture Governance Board (ARB) and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture repository and technical debt register.

What We’re Looking For:

TOGAF Certified professional.

10–12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the EA domain.

Strong experience in EA within consulting or industry (Healthcare or Education sector experience preferred; UAE exposure is a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
