Overview
The Enterprise Architect will hold a pivotal role in shaping a modern digital environment by designing secure, scalable and interoperable solutions aligned with organizational objectives and technology standards. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders ranging from product and engineering teams to security and business leaders to ensure every digital initiative rests on a solid architectural foundation. Prior experience in complex, asset-heavy industries is considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Oversight : Anticipate, evaluate, and reduce risks linked to technology programs, ensuring stability and continuity of core operations.
- Intelligent Systems : Drive the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence across enterprise platforms to boost efficiency, enable predictive insights, and improve decision-making.
- Cloud Expertise : Demonstrate advanced knowledge of leading cloud platforms and deliver robust cloud-native or hybrid solutions
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling practices.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, hybrid ecosystems, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience in identity management, cybersecurity measures, and integration tools.
- Skilled in producing architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and decision records.
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker capable of translating organizational needs into practical solutions.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven leadership across large-scale IT programs and transformation initiatives.
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in architecture roles, with at least 3 years at a senior or leadership level.
- Background in sectors with high operational and technical complexity is highly valued.
