Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solutions Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending high-stakes sales meetings with enterprise customers, conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand their workflow needs, and translating those insights into comprehensive technical specifications. This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between enterprise client requirements and the AI Platform & Engineering team by having a thorough understanding of our technical capabilities and guiding their development with our in-house engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

Discovery and Analysis :

• Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions with enterprise clients.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to identify, analyze, and understand the client’s current workflow challenges and opportunities for automation through AI.
• Collaborate closely with external consulting firms and distribution partners to map out existing processes, pain points, and potential areas for improvement for the client.

Technical Specification Development :

• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development & Engineering teams to outline the technical specifications needed for building AI Agents.
• Ensure that all proposed solutions align with both client expectations and current company capabilities and product roadmap.

AI Agent Design and Instruction :

• Provide clear and actionable instructions to the AI development team regarding the type and functionality of AI Agents required.
• Work closely with the Product & Prototyping team to oversee the creation, testing, and fine-tuning of AI Agents.
• Ensure that the designed AI workflows are scalable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather feedback post-implementation to refine and optimize AI solutions.

Continuous Learning and Improvement :

• Stay informed about the latest trends in AI, automation, and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Regularly update technical knowledge to recommend innovative solutions that align with evolving industry standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally with public speaking experience
• Regulated industry experience (at least one of finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, wealth management, etc)
• Strong technical background, ideally in software engineering & enterprise architecture with solid AI or data science knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically about client needs and technical solutions, particularly in high tension environments
• Negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicting opinions
• Experience writing detailed technical specifications and collaborating with development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to write long and complex technical documents including schemas, proposals, compliance papers, slides, etc
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools is a plus

Preferred Skills :

• Prior experience working in AI, data science, or software development for regulated industries
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certification in AI / ML or related technology is advantageous.
