Job summary

KBC Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer – Technical Lead to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions for aviation. This role blends hands-on engineering, architecture, and leadership to deliver production-grade multi-agent AI systems at scale.

You will work with stakeholders to design multi-agent workflows, RAG architectures, and cloud-native platforms, guiding teams and setting engineering standards in a demanding aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of production software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in Generative AI/Applied AI/ML/LLM-based solutions.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on Agentic AI development experience.
• Strong Python development expertise.
• Proficiency in MCP and LLM application architecture and deployment.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
• Build Generative AI apps powered by LLMs.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Integrate AI services into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop APIs, backend services, and AI microservices.
