• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring patients receive optimal care that aligns with their specific conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care pathways for complex ENT cases.
• Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care to ensure informed decision-making.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's or equivalent degree specializing in Otolaryngology.
• Must have valid UAE medical License (DHA / MOH) as "Specialist" to be eligible to practice in UAE.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ENT practice or hospital setting, showcasing a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to diverse patient populations.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong technical skills in performing ENT procedures and operating relevant medical equipment, ensuring high-quality care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to a positive and productive clinic environment.
