Qualifications

• Experience coordinating enrichment activities and school trips.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
• Skilled in maintaining records, attendance and payments.
• Aware of safeguarding and ADEK regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and administration of enrichment programme.
• Assist trip leaders with transport, accommodation and activities.
• Provide clear, timely communications to families.
• Maintain records of activities, attendance, and payments.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety for safe, compliant trips.
• Support monitoring of student participation and engagement.
• Contribute to programme improvements using data.
