The Successful Candidate Will:

• Embody and role model our core values of respect, integrity, empathy, and excellence.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed. or equivalent).

• Have proven experience teaching within a Secondary school setting.

• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

• Be committed to collaboration, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices.

• Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient, and solution-focused.

• Be passionate about student achievement and wellbeing.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

• Be enthusiastic about contributing to a vibrant school community through co-curricular activities and school events.

• Experience within an IB World School setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
