Job summary

The SABIS school in Dubai seeks an educator to implement SABIS® curriculum and teaching methodology in the classroom. You will follow provided lesson plans and contribute to planning when needed, ensuring effective delivery and student progress.

You will mark exams, manage discipline in collaboration with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department, and support students in exams and revision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related subject matter or equivalent.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach using provided SABIS lesson plans and develop plans if needed.
• Mark exams according to department schedules.
• Discuss discipline and student performance with AQC and HOD as needed.
• Apply SABIS point system to create a conducive learning environment.
• Invigilate exams as required and support exam administration.
• Assist academically low-performing students to boost motivation.
• Contribute to external exam preparations and revision schedules.
• Support staff with duties including attendance, lunches, buses, and other admin tasks.
• Prepare and participate in student life activity plans (art, open house, PE).
• Attend training sessions to enhance SABIS system understanding.
