Job summary

SABIS is seeking educators to implement the SABIS curriculum in Dubai, delivering lesson plans and assessments while promoting a positive learning environment. The role involves classroom teaching, exam marking, and collaboration with academic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent.
• English Proficient.
• MS Office needed components.
• Communication Skills.
• Ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Teach using SABIS lesson plans and develop plans when needed.
• Mark exams according to department schedule.
• Discuss disciplinary and student performance issues with AQC and HOD.
• Implement SABIS point system to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Invigilate exams as needed.
• Support academically low-performing students to help them reach potential.
• Follow external exams preparation via past papers in revision schedules.
• Assist with duties such as testing children, substituting for absent teachers, and organizing lunches and buses.
• Prepare and participate in activity plans for student life events with the coordinator.
• Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS system.
