Job summary

Alhokair Group is seeking a dedicated SABIS® teacher in Dubai to support student achievement by implementing the SABIS curriculum and philosophy through the SABIS teaching method.

You will teach using provided lesson plans, mark exams, discuss student performance with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department, invigilate exams, support low-performing learners, and participate in activity planning with the student life team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent.
• English Proficiency.
• MS Office skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Teach using provided lesson plans (may develop plans based on pacing charts).
• Mark exams according to department schedule.
• Discuss student performance with Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
• Implement SABIS point system to foster a learning environment.
• Invigilate exams and support academically low-performing students.
• Assist with external exams preparation and other assigned duties.
• Prepare and participate in student life activity plans.
