Job description

  • Teaching & Instruction:

    • Conduct individual and group lessons focused on English language skills including reading writing listening speaking and grammar.
    • Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students ensuring that all students make progress at their own pace.
    • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and students educational goals.
    • Assess students current English proficiency levels and monitor progress through assignments tests and regular evaluations.
  • Student Support:

    • Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to students to help them improve their language skills.
    • Motivate students and foster a positive encouraging and supportive learning environment.
    • Offer extra tutoring or assistance for students who require additional help or have learning challenges.
  • Curriculum Development:

    • Develop and adapt teaching materials including worksheets quizzes and exercises to support lessons and enhance student engagement.
    • Stay uptodate with current teaching methodologies and tools to enhance instructional quality.
  • Progress Monitoring:

    • Regularly assess students progress through tests quizzes assignments and oral presentations.
    • Provide written reports to parents or guardians on students progress and areas of improvement.
    • Adjust teaching methods based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Center manager and staff to ensure consistent educational standards and alignment across all courses.
    • Participate in team meetings training and professional development activities.
