Job description

We are looking for a skilled English teacher to join our team. Experience with GCSE and A levels is desirable but not essential.

For the right candidate, this role could include a leadership position in English as an Additional Language.

Teachers should be highly motivated, exemplifying best practices and showing a deep understanding of personalized learning. Candidates should also be committed to ongoing school improvement and be comfortable working in an innovative and creative environment.

We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications:

1. An internationally recognized Bachelor's Degree in Y7 to 13 English Education with specialization in English Literature or English Language and QTS or equivalent.
2. An internationally recognized Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, English Language, or a closely related subject, along with an internationally recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE or PGDE in English Literature or English Language, and QTS or equivalent.
3. An internationally recognized Bachelor's Degree in any subject, with an internationally recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE or PGDE in English Literature or English Language, QTS or equivalent, and at least one year of teaching experience in English Literature or English Language.

Please note that your documents must be attested for the UAE prior to arrival.

Successful applicants must provide two supporting references (including the most recent employer) and a police clearance certificate (ACRO or DBS) no more than 3 months old.

Candidates traveling without dependents or with a spouse who has their own international package will benefit most from our package.
