Grade 10 English Language Arts Teacher, - Abu Dhabi, August 2025

Curriculum: Canadian

Accommodation: Single apartment

Salary: From 12,000 AED per month

Experience: 2 year post qualifying

Contract: 2 years

Founded in 1994, this school follows the Nova Scotia curriculum in coordination with the UAE Ministry of education. The program is accredited by the province of Nova Scotia in Canada. The school currently has over 1100 students from 50 differing nationalities and is a K - 12 school.

The school moved to its present location in 2008 and offers good facilities under the leadership of an experienced Canadian Principal.

Teachers attitude, competency and willingness to adjust in an education setting which looks for independence, creativity and patience is key to the success of this school. The willingness to work on a multi-cultural environment and working in a team environment is a must.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year post qualifying experience
• Bachelor of Education degree required and with a major in your subject required. or Bachelors degree with Post grad certification in your subject area
• Nova Scotia curriculum experience not essential however you will be required with school support to become certified once in role
• Previous EAL teaching experience welcomed
• International experience welcomed but not essential
