Job summary

Fluid Codes, the Elite Channel Partner of ANSYS in the Middle East and North Africa, seeks a Program Manager – Engineering Training Programs to lead planning and delivery of customer training initiatives that accelerate product adoption.

You will collaborate with customers, product teams, and technical experts to design high-impact learning experiences, align with business goals, and drive continuous improvement across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• PM Certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Experience managing customer training or enablement programs in engineering software or enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of customer training and enablement programs aligned with product development objectives.
• Engage with customers to assess training needs and align learning goals with engineering and product strategies.
• Collaborate with internal engineers, solution architects, and product managers to design high-impact training content.
• Manage training project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
