We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all facilities while leading a team of engineers and technicians.

What you will be doing:

1. Supervise and coordinate the engineering team in maintenance and repair activities.
2. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
4. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
5. Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
7. Maintain records of maintenance work and prepare reports.
8. Train and guide engineering team members to enhance skills and productivity.
