Job summary

Talent Seed invites an Engineering Manager to lead multiple squads, owning delivery, quality and performance. You will set technical direction, steer architecture for a large-scale consumer platform, and collaborate closely with Product to translate strategy into scalable features.

You’ll stay hands-on technically, shaping architecture decisions, modernising legacy systems, and driving AI tooling adoption while mentoring engineers and tech leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience with at least 2 years in people leadership.
• Hands-on technical background with architecture knowledge and system design ownership.
• Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale in B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product squads, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery quality.
• Architect and guide the design of a large-scale consumer platform and transitions.
• Establish and maintain development patterns, standards and SLOs across areas.
• Mentor engineers and engineering leaders to grow the team.
