Job summary

DISCOVERED is hiring an Engineering Manager to join a pioneering start up in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the Infrastructure and Services team, stay hands-on with delivery, and shape software solutions to meet business goals.

You will mentor engineers, drive high-scale software development, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP/AWS with Terraform. This is a leadership role requiring cloud and coding leadership.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum two years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience scaling cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands on skill with relational databases like PostgreSQL and in memory data stores like Redis.
• Experience using AI assisted coding tools within engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with Go or background in AdTech is desirable.
