Qualifications

• 8–12 years of active software ML or MLOps experience.
• Proven success scaling AI products in production environments.
• Dual fluency in modeling and systems design (DL/LLMs).
• Familiarity with security patterns in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of ML and MLOps engineers.
• Architect enterprise AI platform roadmap for production scaling.
