Job summary

Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai is seeking an Engineering Manager - Engineering to lead maintenance and engineering operations from September 2026 onwards. The role oversees the JEMS system, safety standards, and a team to ensure top-notch facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of luxury hotel engineering experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC engineering, and health and safety certification.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of engineering experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Health and safety certification is required.
• Formal engineering qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Observes activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure property and assets are maintained via the Jumeirah Engineering Management System and competent personnel.
• Monitor completed repairs to meet established standards.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring the JEMS system (Fire, Life and Safety Matrix, PPM, Work Orders).
• Manage grievances and recommend actions to the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer.
• Deliver monthly reports on activities to the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer.
• Communicate project updates to external departments professionally and timely.

6-8 years engineering experience

Education
