Job Description

You will assist in managing the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient operation of all hotel facilities, including fire and life safety equipment and systems. Your responsibilities include planning and managing preventative maintenance, new projects, extensions, and renovations. You will help prepare the Engineering budget and contribute engineering expertise to the hotel's strategic and operational plans. Additionally, you will monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to promote energy conservation.

Qualifications
